Silent Treasure

Into the dark, deep recesses
of an old, forgotten shell,
Silence melts and drips
to make her way and fill in
every unloved space within;
and then,
when she's stayed long enough,
cracks turn into golden ingots -
a human form smelted
to unearth treasure hidden.
