there are no norms
in a forest
who grows and dies
every moment,
into her own wilderness,
there is no room
for apology,
thanksgiving,
grieving,
or rejoicing,
as otherness flows
into togetherness.
isn't it strange, how
in breaking each other,
we've opened new ways
of breaking into
ourselves,
and found
to our astonishment,
that we were
never two,
but one -
one untamed
unfathomable
wilderness,
celebrating
shades of otherness
in her own self?
